Mr. Spilios Mouzoulas is admitted before the Greek Supreme Court and holds a PhD in Commercial Law from the University of Paris.
He specializes in Company and Capital Markets Law.
He is the author of books on commercial law matters and a large number of articles published in Greek and international law journals.
He has been member of a number of Legislative Drafting Committees and has drafted legal and regulatory acts (for Greece and Cyprus) on Capital Markets Law matters.
He speaks English and French.
